Best Latin american restaurant in Knightdale

The food is delicious, fresh and satisfying. Today is my first time eating breakfast here. It's always been lunch or dinner. I had the egg omelet with spinach, mushrooms,prosciutto cheese. They serve it with a big salad too.

Stopped by for lunch this week and was pleasantly surprised. Menu seems to be a mix of Hispanic cuisine and American fare. Husband had a Philly sandwich. The beef was especially tender, and the portion was substantial. I had the best grilled chicken sandwich I've had in a while. Bacon jam on it was especially delicious! Service was very friendly, and our waitress was so thoughtful, we never had to ask for anything; she anticipated our every need. We will definitely return. They have an interesting breakfast menu, so we may give that a shot.

I stopped in when I was going to get some Pho for lunch. I hadn't realized this was open. I'm glad I did. I got Kevin's Chicken Sandwich, which was delicious. Grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and I think o bacon jelly or Angel tears of joy. The ciabatta roll reminded me of the hard rolls I would get at Anthony & Sons, up North. (If you know what I'm speaking about, you know.) I asked the owner how he made the fries. They are crispy on the outside and like mashed potatoes on the inside. What? Perfect. Their coffee has a nice bold flavor. I was expecting cheap diner coffee, and they care about ingredients. Melody, my server, was friendly and attentive. The food was well worth the price I paid, which wasn't as much as some of the other places I had eaten recently.
